The Blackout of 2012 along with a Mega Heat wave that hit the Northeast/Mid Atlantic/Midwest caused Millions including us here on Race Lies to lose power for quite a few days. However, we utilized our time to practice prep scenarios for Civil War and EMP/Excessive Heat (Electromagnetic Pulse) bursts from the Sun for next year's chaos in America. The US Government's HAARP weather modification program comes into play, because in the past they have caused Blackouts in Beta tests to see the People's response. Also, many Truthers are based on the Eastern Standard Time, North of the Mason Dixon Line. We had National Guard Troops deployed in our area, as the continuation of the Domestic Troop build up as an attempt to quell any Civil Disobedience- we were bugging out with some friends in a White Suburban Township 20 miles out from the city mind you, unlike the Black Cities the Troops have been deploying in. We told you they get the Blacks first then everybody else next- the small towns aren't going to be safe in the times of Chaos, and anybody who tells you that they will be safe in a small town is a Big City Elitist living in a dreamworld. National Guard Troops have also been deployed in Rural Areas in the case of the Colorado Wildfires.
