Race War in America: Black Professional Sues Hillbilly Miami University in Ohio for Racist Discrimination; Typical- At Will Employment is Racist.

The Cincinnati-Dayton area is one of the most Racist Metropolitan Areas in America, and one of the biggest hurdles for Minorities is employment. The region a former Manufacturing bastion is now strapped for jobs. Also it is in Ohio- an At-Will Employment state. At-Will Employment is an outdated Victorian age concept, in which most civilized Western Societies have gotten rid of. In America At-Will Employment fosters Racial Discrimination because you can hire and fire someone for any reason, and sure there are Federal laws stating that you can't openly discriminate against Minorities, but the Racists who run the Employment market in Ohio and the other At-Will Employment states disregard Federal Laws that protect Niggers. Lets say you have 2 Employees- one is White and one is Black. Both Employees are constantly tardy for work, you fire the Black Employee under the At-Will Employment clause, while you continue to allow the White Employee who also happens to be habitually tardy stay employed with your firm.

Cincinnati-Dayton is a very Racist Metro Area, and as the NAACP has said in the past it's Ground Zero for a Race War. Part of the reason why it's so Racist is because the area is populated by a bunch of Racist Hillbillies (oops, sorry Appalachian-Americans), and a bunch of country corn bread Negroes from places such as Alabama who have a 1962 mentality and fear to stand up to the White Man. Not only that, but Miami University is a Racist School who has been in the national spotlight many times for Racist activities that occur on campus. If the Students who are of a younger generation are that Racist, then the Administrators and Parents, as well as those Whites population in that Area must be really Racist.
