The powers that be are getting ready for a massive Civil War based on: Politics, Race, Class, and more. Many within the Military have strongly opposed the idea of shooting Americans on sight. The powers that be will have to get foreign troops in America to shoot Americans on sight. Everywhere in America the government is placing cables in the middle of Interstate Highways as dividers to prevent people from doing U-Turns in order to evade Government checkpoints. They put in dividers and other things and say it's for safety and the protection of the masses, but in all reality much of these measures are just to enslave the masses.

Civil War in America: Foreign Troops caught training along side of US Troops- Ready for Civil War.
