Blacks and Asians have had strained Race Relations in many metropolitan areas because of animosity. The Animosity stemmed from the fact that Asians have come into many Black Neighborhoods, and have opened stores and other small businesses in once Riot torn areas. In the 1960s and earlier, many stores in the Black community were either owned by Blacks, or Jews, and Whites.
